[Mswinfo] Metro Skywarn Board Opening

Just a reminder if you'd like to apply for an open position, please do
so by tomorrow evening!
Also, our meeting is going to begin at 9am on Saturday, not 10am. If you
can't make it for the entire thing, that is fine. Please let me know if
that's the case.
The meeting will be at the NWS conference room.
