The National Weather Service Twin Cities/Chanhassen office offers Skywarn training courses for those outside the Twin Cities Metro area.

UCARS Online Spotter Training - This year this class is an experiment. It's not recognized by eSpotter yet!

Spotter Network Training - this will qualify you to report via Spotter Network. You must complete and pass the Spotter Network's own quiz to earn reporting rights on the network.
